Limited to just 25 ministry CEOs and senior pastors (you must report to your board), the popular CEO Dialogues have been the place CEOs turn to when asking the really hard questions…that need straight answers…from other CEOs who really understand what you’re going through. We have a robust line-up of resource people—ready to listen and interact with you all day.

7 ESSENTIAL AXIOMS FOR CEO EFFECTIVENESS
MARK HOLBROOK
A very special focus of this CEO Dialogues day will be a discussion on CEO effectiveness led by Mark Holbrook, President and CEO of Evangelical Christian Credit Union (ECCU).  He began his career with ECCU in 1975, shortly after graduating from Biola College (now University), and was named to the top management position in 1979. He has earned a reputation as an aggressive, but focused innovator, growing assets under management from $4 million to nearly $3 billion through a variety of lending and cash management services designed to meet unique ministry needs.

Callahan’s 2008 Credit Union Directory ranks ECCU as the number one credit union in Member Business Lending. ECCU was named one of the top 10 Christian places to work by Christianity Today magazine and the Best Christian Workplace Institute in both 2003 and 2006. Mark and his wife, Cindy, have been married 35 years and have served in ministry at Grace Church in Orange, Calif., for 37 years. Mark has served as board chairman for Christian Leadership Alliance and on the board for Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. His passion is integration of biblical principles in the workplace.

Mark will facilitate a Q&A on “7 Essential Axioms for CEO Effectiveness.”  We’ll ask every participant to share their best practices (and memorable failures!) and what we’ve learned from all of this.

CO-FACILITATOR: ANN McKUSICK
Ann McKusick, our co-facilitator, became president of the Foundation for Christian Stewardship in 2005. Her passion is to promote the joy of giving. Ann served World Vision for over 12 years in the area of resource development with an emphasis on foundation and corporate relations and communications. She also founded Women of Vision, a nationwide volunteer and advocacy group of World Vision. From 1994 to 1998, she was vice president at Fuller Theological Seminary overseeing the Office of Institutional Advancement. Ann was formerly a board member of The Seed Company and currently serves on the board of Christian Leadership Alliance. Ann and her husband, Richard, live in Pasadena, Calif.
