CEO DIALOGUES BOARD OF TRUSTEES ANNOUNCES NEW LEADERSHIP ROLE FOR ECFA! 
The trustees of CEO Dialogues, Inc. are delighted to announce that effective Jan. 1, 2012, ECFA will be leading the CEO Dialogues roundtables for the years ahead.  The trustees have volunteered their time over the past few years to give leadership to the program and are looking forward to the growth of the CEO Dialogues roundtables under the capable and influential leadership of ECFA.

Bob is the managing partner of The Andringa Group and specializes in all aspects of governance and the relationship between boards and their chief executives. In 2006 he retired after 12 years as president of the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities. Prior to that he was chief executive of the Education Commission of the States, a committee staff director in the U. S. House of Representatives, university administrator, founder of CEO Dialogues, Inc., senior advisor to a governor, and has been a governance consultant for 20 years. He is the author of four books and recipient of four honorary degrees.

Jerry was the International President of The Navigators from 1986-2005. The Navigators is a Christian organization with 4,000 employees in 104 countries. The Navigators focus on helping people cope with the realities of life in a troubled world, providing spiritual and practical help. He is currently President Emeritus and Chairman of the Navigator’s U.S. Board of Directors. He currently serves as Chairman, Board of Directors, Christian Management Association.  White also serves on the board of the Air Force Association and their Development Committee.  He is a member of the Greater Europe Mission Board as well other boards.

White served 13-½ years active duty in the United States Air Force, including two years as a mission controller at Cape Canaveral at the height of the U.S. space program. Six years were served as an associate professor of astronautics at the United States Air Force Academy. He is co-author of a nationally recognized textbook on astrodynamics, The Fundamentals of Astrodynamics. Although General White resigned from active service in 1973, he then spent 24 years in the Air Force Reserves in a number of assignments, retiring July 1, 1997 as a major general.

Bob is the president and founder of the new Christian Camping Foundation. Previously, he served as the president of Christian Camp and Conference Association from 1990 to 2009, and four years prior to that he had his own consulting firm for camps and conferences. From 1981 to 1986, he was CCCA's director of leadership development and certification, and before that was the director of camping and youth for the Minnesota Baptist Conference, directing three different camps and the youth ministries for 145 churches. Bob has a bachelor's degree from Bethel College and a Master of Divinity degree from Bethel Seminary. He has been married to Jo Ann since 1968 and has three grown children.

Fred is a partner with The Andringa Group where he consults primarily with nonprofit boards and their CEOs. His specialty is in developing board policy manuals and he has co-authored a book on the subject with Bob Andringa that will be published in 2007 by the American Management Association. He retired in 2001 from PricewaterhouseCoopers after 29 years with the firm, where he was the Managing Partner of the government consulting practice as well as a member of the US and Global Boards of Directors. He chaired the board committee that oversaw the global merger of Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand. He is an adjunct professor of leadership at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix and an instructor in the National Center for Leadership in Washington, D.C.

John is president of John Pearson Associates, Inc., and helps nonprofits leaders in “Vision Implementation With Detailed Execution” by focusing on the 20 Management Buckets (critical competencies) required in today’s ministry world. He has served more than 30 years as a nonprofit CEO and 25 of those years leading three associations: Christian Management Association, Willow Creek Association and Christian Camp & Conference Association. He is the author of Mastering the Management Buckets: 20 Critical Competencies for Leading Your Business or Nonprofit. He is the co-author of Marketing Your Ministry: 10 Critical Principles, and is the editor of “Your Weekly Staff Meeting” eNewsletter.
